OHIO SCOTTISH GAMES CANCELLED – STAND BY FOR MORE INFORMATION TO FOLLOW ON US NATIONAL SCOTTISH HARP CHAMPIONSHIPTM

 

The Ohio Scottish Games Harp Competition hosts the 2020 US National Scottish Harp ChampionshipTM 27 June 2020 at the Cuyahoga County Fair Grounds in Berea, OH.  Judges will be Sue Richards and Rachel Hair.

Participants in the Journeyman and Master categories are eligible to apply and compete for the Herbert P. McNeil Travel Scholarship as well.

Established in 1977, this long standing event is presented by members of The Ohio Scottish American Cultural Society of Ohio, an organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of their proud Scottish Heritage and ancestry.  The Ohio Scottish Games highlight the traditional dance, music and athletics of the ancient highland games.  This event is for the enjoyment of all Scots and friends as well as to introduce the Scottish Arts and traditions to the community.
